Post; What month do you join the army?

hey,
well im having a selection in a few weeks and after that i was wondering how long it will be until i am joined into the army?
I heard that they enlist people in on the months of september and april and wondered if there is a set month when they allow people in - and if so, can you please tell me.

Thanx in advance

Just talk to a recruiter. They'll tell you all you need to know and take care of all that sort of stuff. Here's a chat room you can talk to Army recruiters and ask questions.

G' luck.

Korn I'm guessing you're British when you say you're going to Reading, the time he is accepted for training very much depends on whether he becomes an Officer or another rank. Sandhurst is very much like Cranwell, every thirty weeks or so it accepts new recruits and so if he is accepted as an Officer he will be given notice as and when a new round of recruit training occurs. If he becomes another rank then the training programmes become more regular and he could be asked to enter service any month of the year.
