lol, Big_Z, it's your hobby to flame flyingfrog!

But I think big militarys are a good thing. The US I think is pretty much near the sweet spot. Same with China, or at least, what they're heading for. They may not have the best equipment in all the land, and maybe not all their troopers get terrific training. But give them some years, and I think then the Chinese military will be something truely to fear.

Actually, I think China has the best home defense (none nuclear related). The guerilla resisitance would be near impossible to abolish.

BigZ, you should never underestimate China. Are they as well trained as US and UK troops? Maybe they are. I think they learned something after throwing masses of barely trained troops at Korea: Better trained troops are much more powerful. One thing that US/UK troops definitely have the edge in is combat experience.

Are they as well equipped? No, but they are catching up quickly.

Hey Red Army, are you from Russia? I thought you were, but why don't you have better stats on the Russian Army? IMO, the Russian Army is quite strong, but they currently lack the industry, money and population to back that army up with. They'd do well as long as the conflict is a short one. Tremendous strength in technology too.

You think this Army will be a poorly trained Army?
Tell you the truth, the Communist Troops are Always trained very hardly.

Of course all countries need more troops or I and alot of us out there will be out of a job that we love. So the more troops the better. As we all know we cannot command without soldiers/airman/sailors/marines. So run down to your nearest recruiting station/office and help keep us employed and the world safe.

See you all on the beach.

Post; It's kinda proportional.

If you look at these stats, you notice that all the numbers of active duty members are proportional to their population numbers.
