What colleges majors Military Stradigic Studies

Hello.. I just want to know what college/uni out there that offers a major for battle stradigies.. other than the academy..
as looking at the academy handout, they have Military Stradigic Studies as a Major and I KNOW for sure I wont make it in any of the academies because im not in the top 3% in the school and such :lol:
