the neverending story section and welcoming center should not get people to have extra milbucks.

I'd say keep the mil bucks. It gives someone a chance to get enough to buy a thing or 2 and leanr how the mil bucks system works.

I am with DTop on this one. There comes a point where mil bucks do not matter. I got to the point where I was giving mine away via the forum contest forum.
