| Centurion | Post; Wear of NSCC Dress/Service Uniform...I'm pretty sure I've read the answer to this somewhere, but I can't for the life of me remember where or if I really did. Anyways, I was under the impression that Sea Cadets were discouraged/banned from wearing any of their uniforms outside of drill unless travelling to or from drill. Is that true or are there any exceptions to that?

| Optio | I don't know about Sea Cadets, but for us in NJROTC, you're allowed to wear it as long as you don't wear the uniform to any political event or in any way that implies the sponsorship of the Navy. Pretty much, just don't embarrass the Navy and you'll be ok!
