Post; Ways you know you’ve been in Iraq or Afghanistan too long

Top ten ways you know you’ve been in Iraq or Afghanistan waaaayyy to long
11. You read a MWR sign that says BYOB and you know it means Bring Your Own Bretta, after all, you have to have a weapon on you to get in at the door.
10. You have more of the out of print Iraqi dinar, than you have US currency.
9. You go out on patrol one day during a 90 degree low, and you freeze your balls off, and get the flu.
8. You spend at least an hour thinking of ways to capture Camel Spiders, just for the heck of it. After all there’s nothing else to do.
7. All of your family have good “fake” Rolex’s, but it’s ok, cause you can brag that you got a good deal on them.
6. When asked to define the ways you wake your roommates up, you usually have to include a large object being shoved up a certain body cavity.
5. There are new regulations among your platoon defining what weapons are allowed in the barracks, since you really want to seriously injure the 15-39 other guys you room with.
4. Putting a stink or smoke bomb in a tank just as it roles into camp after a long day, so the 4 tankers jump out in nothing but boxers, in front of all the infantry guys, doesn’t seem like such a bad idea.
3. When told that someone had overheard a plan to go on patrol naked with only their M-16‘s, you say you would be in on it, if it wouldn’t draw so much press attention, but suggest everyone at least wear there boots.
2. You begin to identify with the popular sheep and camel jokes. It’s time to seek professional help at this point.
1. You realize one day that you have become almost as skilled with rocks and pebbles as you are with your side arm.
