About wanted M-65 Large/regular "60's"

Hey guys. Just joined the forum as i thought you might be able to help me to source a Jacket and other odds and ends and also enlighten me too some off the stuff.
So, as you can see i'm after a M-65, olive drab, large regular from the 60's only and Alpha Industries.
Have heard they are the ones to try to get but would like to know. i know there were several manufacturers off the jacket through that period but who produced the least or are most sought after? Am i right? Is it the Alphas? Cherokees ( they seem to cost more) Owenby? etc..
