Post; UXO detonation

Controlled land mine detonation at Goles, Kosovo. A continous work done by the Norwegian pioneers at this mountain range since the very start of the KFOR operation. US fighter aircraft used Goles as drop point for unused munitions. Common to find UXO (BLU-114 mostly) a few meters from the main road in some areas back in 02.

I'll drop some more pics when I find suitable ones to post.

If its an anti armour mine you may not even set it off.

Alot the more modern ones use magnetic, infra red or acoustic sensors.

You could be lucky, but then you wouldnt really know anyway.
