| Tribunus Laticlavius  | Ok in an effort to assist here I will take a guess and say this is the link... http://www.nzfirst.org.nz/index.php They are a minor New Zealand political party and they do have some strange immigration policies so this is a best guess scenario. However we have the usual number of weird political groupings so in reality it could be any one of a number of nut cases with a power complex.
