BAGHDAD, Iraq - (AP) A U.S. soldier was killed Sunday in Baghdad
by a bomb, the military said.
It said the soldier was serving with Task Force Baghdad and "died
from wounds sustained by an improvised explosive device." It provided no
further details and said the soldier's name was being withheld pending
notification of next of kin.
