in any case, NZ is a member of the Commonwealth right? so if they choose not to have nukes, that is entirely fine. i think you can count on the commonwealth not letting NZ turn into a rogue state (as long as we get to have the bledisloe cup!! althought, that said, they have jack all about mugabe
