News article: UN panel has concerns on human rights in Britain (AP)

AP - The U.N. Human Rights Committee is criticizing Britain over its tough counterterrorism laws, legislation that limits free speech and the use of an Indian Ocean territory to secretly move suspected terrorists without legal process.

It's really nice to know that countries such as Russia, Nicaragua, Cuba, Bolivia, Saudi Arabia and Malaysia are so concerned about human rights in the UK and Diego Garcia.

They aren't concerned. They want the UK to vacate the lease og DG with the US. The UN is screwing with the UK to get at the US.

Roger, understood, but it's just the utter hypocrisy of these guys lecturing the UK and the US on human rights. Clean up your own mess first guys.
