Reuters - U.N. peacekeepers have been
banned from having sex with the local population in Congo
following allegations of widespread abuse of women and girls,
the United Nations said on Wednesday.

This is... well the question is: why wasn't this disallowed before?
Frollicking with the locals, in an AIDs infested area is a VERY bad idea to begin with. Not to mention deployments like this, u gotta tell the guys to wait on their thinggies a little bit.
