AP - The Bush administration prodded Vietnam on Tuesday to fairly try three U.S. citizens facing charges of attempting to prompt a rebellion against the communist government.

They went to the country and tried to foment an insurgent action. If they don't swing for this it will show Vietnam's concerted effort to make Uncle Sugar smile.

To answer Phoenix, its a group of three Vietnamese-Americans. And it shouldn't matter but such is life.
