Korea, China Nuclear Envoys MeetUSA Today November 29, 2006 Pg. 8 The U.S. envoy to North Korean nuclear talks plans to meet again today with his North Korean counterpart, State Department spokesman Sean McCormack said. Assistant Secretary of State Christopher Hill met Tuesday in Beijing with North Korean Vice Foreign Minister Kim Kye Gwan and Chinese Vice Foreign Minister Wu Dawai. The meetings are aimed at resuming stalled six-nation talks on persuading North Korea to abandon its nuclear weapons program, McCormack said. No date has been set for the next round of negotiations, which include Russia, Japan and South Korea.
