| Tribuni Angusticlavii | This is B.S. Obviously the man did NOT intend to take the child and was quite shaken up when he found the boy. There should be no law involvement at all and he certainly shouldn't be charged. If anything the parents should be the ones being investigated, after all, all we hear about now days is "don't leave you kids in the car."

Your Right The hook driver has no responsibility concerning an unattended sleeping child left in the car by the "parents." The reason the driver is in hack is because he returned, dropped the vehicle and left after LE arrived and didn't bother informing LE what happened.
