I could be wrong but i was under the impression Saudi Forces were trained very similar to American standards thanks to gulf war 1.

About category training.. I would say that the Kuwaity forces should come on as somewhere in the top ten, MAYBE, why, coz its trained by the US.At least the Kuwaity National Guard who go through American hell lol . Kuwait air force , is trained by one of the best airforces of the world which is the RAF, and the Kuwait navy trained by the French, OR the British.
As for NK having just ONE million, true, but guess what, they have about FOUR million reserves. Top two are China and NK then USA..
And TBA, where are u getting this info from?
And I must say gents, that we shoudnt underestimate Pakistan, as well as India, really hot there...
And as I said before, we should take the country that shows up most on that list, and in good quality..
what say u

Some questions:

What about Germany?

Is North Korea really so much worse than South Korea in quality?

Is it for historical reasons that you don't rate French troops as highly as say UK ones?

What do mean by resources? How can a country with probably the greatest abundance of natural resources in the world (Russia) be beaten by an island nation (Japan) that has a dire shortage of natural resources?
