Jeanne d'Arc is a training carrier and doesn't participate in combat operations of any kind. I think they've fixed the problems with Charles de Gaulle, but don't quote me on that. It's still pretty slow for a nuclear-powered ship, but flight ops run just fine.

Either way, I don't think it's enough to make top 5 unless it's due to lack of competition.

It's based on the British Queen Elizabeth-class designs, so it looks like it will be gas turbine-powered rather than nuclear - much less expensive.
