can i get a refund?

You might want to wait for Redleg to confirm this, but you shouldn't be able to get any refunds for things you buy in the "Special Effects Store." Sorry. You could change your avatar to your rank, and once you get 1000 milbucks you can change your title to anything you want.

I haven't really tried, but I don't think you will get a refund.

I'll modify the personal information window soon, and specify that it's a forum rank, not a real rank. (just in case you want to keep it)
