oh yes I was aking the viking lord there. Well I have a question regarding banning.

Why was I banned the first few days when i came here? u know, when i was a noob.. now am a good looking Lieutenant general

but yeah why was I banned? and my original name that is, was Field_Marshal, can I now change it? and one other thing..thought u were away Redleg.. am doing a pretty good job at the "this day in history"

You know, when HMS joined the community, I thought it a tad strange. Seemed like the perfect setup cover for a recently banned member--instantly deep into a number of ongoing conversations; many "obvious" noob questions that most would never ask. Anyway, the departure does seem a bit out of her perceived character.

Listen up: She was not a previously banned member when she first joined. As she left(on her own), she felt the need to trash the staff with her final post and was subsequently banned for it. Rather than wait, or email the staff or anything else, she signed on with another name and proceeded to further rant and rave against the staff, was banned again, used another user name(adolph_hitler2 for example) and posted the same things, was banned again and did it again and again ad nauseum.
Moral of the story, publicly arguing or trashing of the staff is a good way to get banned. Abusing the forum is a good way to get reported to your ISP. Any other questions folks?
