I worked in a daycare for 5 years we had 170 children attending there. And I knew every child's coat, hat, shoes, etc. You see that stuff everyday on them. There is no way she didn't know who's coat that was or that another teacher didn't know. If she knew who's it was even if it was in lost and found its stealing. Specially when she told the other bidder to outbid the mother she definitely knew who's it was.
