i am just wondering that what is the limit in the height for a tank crew, i know that for the russian tanks its like almost 160cm, but what is is in like M1?

I don't believe there is one.

Russian tanks are much more crowded inside than US tanks, which is why they have a height requirement.

I know one who is about 180 cm and he can't have a helmet on when driving the STRV 122

Im 170cm and have been accepted as a crewman for M1A2's, LAV's and M113's. Im sure there is no need to worry if you're around my height.

Isn't it true that special forces are not meant to be tall as well, same as helicopter pilots?

I think cutoff for a lot of Special Operations units is 170cm.
So yes, there often are height cutoffs for whatever military job you're trying to get.
