Heads will roll.
Just what kind of convoys were these disassembled helicopters on? If it were civilian transport it would be a case of "no sh*t." Also the news doesn't really report how they were stolen. I find it incredibly stupid that anyone would have let vital hardware (rotary wing aircraft are in high demand and low in supply nowadays) leave the direct hands of the US military's supply chain and get handed off to some company that decided to fed ex it. Heck, it would have been safer to fed ex the damned thing.

They will steal any thing even if it is nailed down. also they will make any sort of weapon you want from their back street workshops. there is nothing sinister about all this, it is just there way of life.
