Take Charge! info

WHEN I was in the Army, I worked for a colonel who was a "take-charge" type of leader. One day, I drove him to the Pentagon for an important briefing. In smart, military fashion, he conducted the meeting -- he was in charge. When we left the Pentagon and began our return trip -- he was in charge. But because of the faulty directions he gave me, we soon had two costly traffic tickets. Suddenly, I was in charge.
