near police recruits and a crowded market south of Baghdad
Monday, killing 115 people and wounding 148 in the single

And this kind of act is going to do what for terrorists? Backfire badly is my guess. Just makes the line between what we have to offer the Iraqi people and what the terrorists have for them all the much clearer.
