Post; Strix Mortar Ammo.


I know the The Swedish Military and some one else has Strix Mortar Shell,
Against Anti Armor, and can be fired from any smoth borred (Or some thing like that) 120 mm Mortar. I saw on the Discovery Channel i think, US Soldiers trying to taker out a tank with a Mortar, Doesn't they have a shell that can identify Armor and stear in to it with Fins.?

Not that I know of in mortar form. I know about the arty rounds that identify armour through top down sensor. We've got them in Australia on the 155mm M198's.

Wonder when we are getting those Excalibur's, is the development done? I haven't heard a thing about it in a very long time.
