| Milforum Hitman | I guess they go both ways, if you know what I mean, folks. Which is, workingout helps clear your mind as well, and sometimes improving your mind leads ya to take care of your body. Being forced to pick one choice. I'll say build your body, since it invariably will improve your mental conditions.
