A derivitave of the 80's software piracy scene. Originally "elite" was used to show status on a BBS. Commonly the people who cracked the software, or had sysop access on a board would be referred to as Elite. Later it became common to just use "leet." With the internet explosion it was later used to describe hackers as well as crackers. Due to it being great to be known as leet, newbies started adopting the term and using to describe themselves, often with numerical variations. Anyone who considers themselves "leet" should be able to tell you who/what Razor1911 is, anyone failing to answer this question should be laughed at LEET.2 A visual language derived from english, where numbers and other characters are used to represent letters and words, although sometimes the words are completely changed. 1337 = leet. you can kinda see it. • "warez" or "w4r3z": Illegally copied software available for download. • "h4x": Read as "hacks," or what a malicious computer hacker does. • "pr0n": An anagram of "porn," possibly indicating the use of pornography. • "sploitz" (short for exploits): Vulnerabilities in computer software used by hackers. • "pwn": A typo-deliberate version of own, a slang term often used to express superiority over others that can be used maliciously, depending on the situation. This could also be spelled "0\/\/n3d" or "pwn3d," among other variations. Online video game bullies or "griefers" often use this term. • "m4d sk1llz" or "mad skills": Refers to one's own talent. "m4d" itself is often used for emphasis. • "n00b," "noob," "newbie," or "newb": Combinations synonymous with new user. Some leetspeekers view "n00b" as an insult and "newbie" as an affectionate term for new users. • "w00t" or the smiley character \o/: An acronym that usually means "We Own the Other Team," used to celebrate victory in a video game. • "roxX0r" Used in place of "rocks," typically to describe something impressive. • "d00d": Replaces the greeting or addressing someone as a "dude." • "joo" and "u": Used instead of "you." This is also commonly written as "j00" or "_|00." • "ph": often replaces "f," as in "phear" for "fear" (as in "ph34r my l33t skillz") and vice versa, such as spelling "phonetic" as "f0|\|371(." also, words ending in the sound "x" or "cks" that sound should be replaced with "xX0r" lower case, uppercase, zero, then r. Therefore the word Sex may be written "53xX0r" - doesnt rlly look like sex does it lol. Now I sound like a geek. LOL

What is standard American accent? It really depends on who you ask. Ask someone from Michigan or someone from Brooklyn. How about asking someone from rural Georgia or someone from Texas. I think you just may get different answers. IG, how about the Italian language? Are there differences in the way Corsicans and Sardinians speak Italian? How about the Sicilians? I'd bet there are. Anway I speak English (American style), school taught French(13 years), and some Vietnamese and Spanish. I can understand a bit of Portuguese and Pig Latin
