Post; Is this a sleeping bag?

I also came across this along with what's in my other posts. At first I thought it was a tent, but when I fully unraveled it, it looked more like a sleeping bag. It has a liner on the inside of one side, and an area by the head that looks like it could be stuffed with something to make a pillow, unless it's supposed to be rolled up into that portion, but I'm not sure. It is also tied shut along one side so it can be fully opened up.

There's also the writing: "(B.C.D.)" stands for the British Columbia Dragoons (Canada), his regiment, and "LT. W.W. O'NEIL" is his rank and name - the other stuff I don't know, but would like help in reading it properly.

Sounds like bivvie bag to me. There should me a Nato Stock number on it somewhere.
