how is it a ripoff? Much cheaper than most other deals. Better yet, get the other person to get skype so you can talk for free.

Several of my friends use it and say that it is great. One uses it almost everyday between South Australia and Northern England and has perfect sound and picture, he started with Engin, and went to Skype which is free, as far as I know he has no regrets,... well, he's never changed back. I only have 256/64 connection and have not worried.

yeah. The only issues arise when you try to call a country that's got crap internet and crap phone service. Calling Indonesia can be frustrating at times though even then I wouldn't go so far as to call it "unusable." Anywhere with half decent internet or phone though and it's golden.

I've only used it in-country, and it's always been great for me... I talk with my best friend from high school who moved to Texas for school.
