| Tribunus Laticlavius | First case I would have just called the cops instead of sitting there talking to him about it. He was being a public nuisance, exposing himself, and generally making a fool of himself. Secondly about the first time he made the "fake" to hit me I would have not given him the opportunity to make another threatening gesture, I would have stomped his head into the deck. Meh. . I guess it all depends on your mindset.
