Alot of agencies do or try to do this now. They even test for nicotine. My problem is that I wouldn't want to work for an that dictates the use of legal substances while I'm off duty. Lighting Cigar now.

Interesting. I guess generally being active and eating healthy just doesn't cut it anymore. I guess I should inform some of the Sgt's I know. They smoke like chimneys and can still outrun some of RMC's top runners.

This is B.S.

I hate being around smokers but I sure as HECK think they have a right to smoke. And if they want to smoke on their break I think they should be allowed to also.

This is just a ploy at controlling people's lives.

Right now it's cigarettes getting all the attention, in 10 years is PETA going to be able to say we can't eat animals?
