I don't know what your talking about their,but you can only use the milbucks to buy whatever their is to buy in the milforum PX.And no nothing is real most it is for your profile.

No you can't, the MilBucks system is a reward system that allows more active members access to customisations such as changing the title under your user name, eg. mine is "active user" should I buy the right, I can then change that to whatever I want. It's a nice touch to the forum, giving the more active users a more rewarding experience.
