I'm having trouble finding what I'm looking for, especially because the local recruiter won't even give me the time of day (he's near the end of his term as a recruiter and doesn't want to push the paperwork).

Does anybody know what the felony waiver document number is for the Marine Corps? If I can get that, I'll be able to go over the recruiter's head. I have an old gunnery sergeant who is still connected with an active general, so if he has the document number, he can get what I need.

One of the DD 1966 series forms. In all seriousness, who are gonna submit it to? You think anyone can submit a waiver? The reason the Recruiter probably won't give you the time of day is because given the current recruiting goals and the force reduction the chances of a felony waiver are slim to none.
