"Russia can fight one major war and two half wars" without any assistance from the world community. If a man belive Hans Hagens report of the Russian forces toward 2000 report. Russia have north Kaukasus, southern Ural, near and far east, the Turkish border, Afghanistan, Pakistan, and China, then they have problems with muslim fundamentalists populations in the regions south of Volga river. China and Russia no way they would begin a war.

You guys are good at expressing your emotions

Well I don't think there will be any serious "wars" btw China and Russia, for big countries the war time is simply over in the history, and depends on the smartness of the leaders, all potential problems among big nations can be solved on table via negotiations.
