"including a military expansion that may be excessive" haha thats funny...the big ol usa getting scared of loosing its turf? whats it gonna do, say "mr china, you must stop building a powerful military, we are afraid that you might overtake us as the next world power" lmao...sry i had to post that. im in a weird mood today
