phoenix80 why is Syria allowed to get away with this? We attack Iraq for suspected chemical weapons why not Syria for what seems confirmed?

There's very little oil in Syria, and what fields they have are nearly finished.

We arent in Iraq for oil or glass or even their famous mooshoo pork.

Rock, one target at a time. The weapons in Iraq were also confirmed and thought to be the most imminent danger at the time.

Oil lobbyists may have really pushed for it.
It is a possibility. Every country has its own share of these sort of things.
South Korea is practically controlled by various Church organizations, for example.
And Indonesia is heavily influenced by rich ethnic Chinese businessmen.

What exactly do you think all of this is about, International goodwill? Why have we not gone in on other countries with WMD, like North Korea etc?
