You have 9 reputation points, and you'll need a minimum of 10 to be able to give/take reputation points from other..

Check your profile to find out if someone has "taken" repoutation away from you..

how? there is nothing to indicate if any one has changed my rep status.

When you click on "User CP" at the top of this page can't you see " Latest Reputation Received" on that first page??
