I read all your sources and they are outdated before election trash. I read most of Kitty Kelly's book because it was loaned to me but it was so blatently one-sided and filled with assumptions that I didn't make it all the way through. Buy a comic book, the writers are more entertaining.

I did read all of the links - they ALL refer to the Kitty Kelley fictional novel.
Having multiple sources that all quote the same source is not particularly convincing to me...

Kitty Kelley is just one step up from a gossip columnist, the reason for the step up is that she is doing it in a book not a newspaper. In any case she has written many books that she swears are fact right up until they are discredited. She is the National Enquirer of book authors - but with less credibility.
