Post; RAMC Figure (Royal Army Medical Corps)

Does anybody know the history of the Royal Army Medical Corps figures attached? The figures look WW1 in their dress. Does anyone know if they were some sort of award? They bear the crest of the RAMC with the motto IN ARDUIS FIDELIS which is Faithful in Adversity.

Thanks
