A Quote from Hitler -- but where it was said??

"It must be thoroughly understood that the lost land will never be won back by solemn appeals to the God, nor by hopes in any League of Nations, but only by the force of arms."- Adolf Hitler

I am looking for a source of this quote. Following to H.P. Willmott (The Second World War), it was said in 1936. In this case, it probably was not said in public -- for in 1936 Hitler still faked to be a man who loves the peace.

Any kind of hint is welcome -- it may help me to find the original source.
