| Immunes | No you absolutely do not need to be enlsited to join the PLC. Im an enlisted Marine and I considered doing PLC, and I went to a few of their meetings (even came close to contracting) and it was chalk full of civilians. In fact, there were more civilians than priors (prior service members). |
