Does any one here know about Romanian government aiding Saddam militarily in 1980s?

I'd like to know if there was any Romanian pilots flying for the Iraqi AF.

There are evidences that East German, Yugoslavian, Egyptians and other communist or Arab states pilots flew for Saddam's AF but I wanna know if there was any evidence to the notion of "Romanian" pilots flying for Saddam air force in 1980s in their war against Iran (1980-1988).
