Those group of soldiers need to me punished for whay they did.

They fired their weapon in a ghetto fashion and then crushed a taxi driver's car.

It's soldiers like them that give the US Army a bad name.

Now what would they say if this sort of punishment had meted out to them in the US. Crush their car for a minor offence, and take away a persons living, well that will help make another terrorist.
