JROTC is not just in public schools, if you are homeschooled for example like i am, i could still be in jrotc weather it is in piblic schools or not. I hpe this helped you.

I belieave your wrong! ROTC is like the foundation or the starting point on becoming a soldier. How could anything replace that?

I meant JROTC. RPTLM is a much more hardcore program that really pushes you to your limits.
