Can someone help me.... I have a soldier that served in the National guard for 7 years. His unit became active for a while, but then he transitioned over to active duty. Now he is a PFC and I am trying to get him a waiver for SPC. Does any of his guard time count for TIS or TIG????, and if so - where can I look up the reg - I couldn't find it in 600-8-19. PLEASE HELP!!! Thanx....
