How did you get ahold of not only the CADPAT, but the Cadet rank?

Bought, obviously. It isn't difficult to aquire Gen 1 CADPAT at a surplus store now.

As for the cadet rank, you can get them embroidered at a tailor shop/Canex

Looks like Ryan beat me to it. The jacket, I bought from the local surplus store and the pants I bought on ebay.

I have so much crap from when I was a cadet. I was going to put it in a shadow box, but haven't found one yet that I like.

That works. I've got too much stuff that I've collected over the years to even bother with.

It's even more so with the stuff I've been issued in the Reg Force.
