The same reason they issued me an XM16 E1, due to a little tiff we have over in Iraq, ROTC training does not have what you might call "high priority" for modern weapons systems.

This is from a soccer game. It's the only one that I can find. I think that was our State Championship game. We lost in a shootout in double overtime.
