Not saying I wasn't the one that took it off topic just saying that perhaps its time to move it back on topic.

Admitting defeat now are you? (haha I can be such a prick).
You're pretty good at this thing called the debate it seems. That makes you the Master Debater.

Yes but you bring in the crowds which would make you the Mass...

And in answer to your question no I am not admitting defeat I am just suggesting that a discussion on WW2 is better in the WW2 forum not in a thread on the politics of Iraq.

Personally I think the best bet would be to make a thread in the WW2 section and then get a mod to delete all the off topic stuff from this one (which would be from post 7 onwards).

I doubt even politicians like politics, Doody.

Personally I'd say we either pay up and go full strength with the GWOT, or we just leave. Half-assing it with insufficient funds is only going to cause unnecessary suffering to both the Iraqi people and American soldiers.

We can't go all out anymore in any war. It's illegal.

I have feeling we are running a circle here. When we were in the first GW, we were belly aching aboiut how we should go take Iraq, and we gotta big NO. Many are feeling we ought to go into Iran now. In time, we will probably have to anyway. What's it going to take? Another American hostage crisis perhaps? Iran will be playing fart fart games with us until we stand up to them.

Aiki, they will kick our asses. And so will a lot of other people. And I hope that sometime during this period of getting our asses kicked, our people will learn that pussy footing doesn't get anything done.
Unfortunately pussy footing is all we got right now.

I think you already had your one.

Iraq's a mess. Either we pull out or go all out, and we can't do the latter...

I'm more concerned on what the American people feel (glad we got out of that mess) than what some guy with a goat in Basra feels (we win!)
