Police Smelled Trouble With Teenagers
LEICESTER, Mass. (AP) - Two teens who went to the Leicester police station to apply for door-to-door sales permits were arrested after officers say they smelled burned marijuana on them. Police detected the smell on Garrett St. Cyr after he came into the station last Friday. The officers went...

Marijuana shouldn't be illegal in the first place, but you have to be a new kind of stupid to walk into a police station with weed on you after baking out your car.

Weed will do that to you (make you do stupid things).

And some people I know say that weed doesn't affect you in any way. Ha.

+1

Marijuana is illegal for a reason.

Think about it. Well, try at least.

I've thought long and hard about it and I still say tobacco and alcohol produce far worse effects than cannabis and have come to the conclusion that tobacco should be banned and cannabis legalized. Weed might mess with short term memory, but it won't send you into a pedestrian or wall at 80mph like alcohol will.

And I am sure that is why most Americans who enjoy their freedoms and don't love drugs and drug dealers are happy you don't have any power within the legal or political system.

P.S. Marijuana is a gateway drug. Didn't you ever take a D.A.R.E. program?

P.S.S. *What If Situation* Do you know what happens after people get bored with legalized marijuana? Fighting for Heron to be legal too. Oh, oh! And maybe LSD! Keep thinking .

Hahaha, "Gateway drug" what a hilarious dose of misinformation. 90% of the people I see quit smoking pot simply quit smoking pot and go on with their lives without taking cocaine or heroin or any of that. Anti-drug folks have such little insight into the true effects of cannabis it's amazing. The government's propoganda sure is effective in this department. They'll let you pay for cancer sticks that do nothing but give you a physical addiction and lung cancer, they'll let you drink alcohol that turns you into a loud moron who can't drive straight, but they won't let you relax with a blunt in the safety of your own home.

Pretty messed up, in my opinion.

And the reason, I believe, is that no corporation or the IRS will be able to make a profit if weed is legalized. Tobacco is great for the economy, but cannabis can easily be grown just about anywhere. Instead, they choose to put more people in the already overburdened prison system because they won't recognize defeat in their so-called "War on Drugs."

That's funny, most of the people I know have experimented with other drugs after smoking weed.

And JAMA has other opinions as to if it's a gateway drug or not. You can say it isn't a gateway drug as much as you want, but it is. It opens many other doors to 'harder' drugs.

Now, go light up and remember, I'm just anti-drug, so I don't know anything. (Would you have thought I had a stronger defense if I said I was addicted to Heroin after the fact that I started off with weed?) I'm just curious how stupid I have to be.
